Torsten started his first company at age 16, while still in high school. He’s passionate about the Global Startup Revolution and how entrepreneurs are changing the world, and regularly presents these findings as a keynote speaker at conferences around the world. Torsten is an engineer by training, loves algorithmic challenges and plays a bit of piano too. He’s Danish at birth, European at heart.

Product Manager

Priyanka came to California from Mumbai to pursue her Masters in Computer Science at USC. She then moved to San Francisco to follow her dream of joining a startup and found a home at YouNoodle, where she now serves as our Product Manager. When she’s not noodling, she fills her days with salsa dancing, painting, and indulging her competitive spirit in various board games.

Chief Operating Officer

Adele is our Chief Operating Officer, and thrives on building transparency, accountability and happiness. She has worked in various sectors including government, education corporate, but believes the world can be saved through the creativity of startups globally. A true bicoastal woman, she hails from Boston, was educated at Columbia, and is now settled in the Bay Area with a techie hubby and hilarious twin boys.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Raymond enjoys problem solving and breaking something just to put it back together again. By applying these interests to his current role, Raymond exterminates “bugs” and is an expert of PHP. He also has a passion for motorcycles and enjoys teaching the engineering team about various tech trends.

Born & raised in India, Shilpa came to California 4 years ago. She is very entrepreneurial and believes that adaptability is key in life, something she learnt in her childhood. She is a marketer, but loves sales more. Her mantra in life is closing deals and believes chupitos are only for closers. She thrives on people energy, is a yogi and enjoys a day at the beach with her daughter.

Born and raised in Istanbul, Kerim’s monkey appetite for learning how things work drove him to study Engineering at Tufts University. Inspired by San Francisco’s hub of innovation and lured by the pleasant weather, he moved to the land of the fog. Shortly after, Kerim joined the YouNoodle team to assist clients with startup programs. He enjoys producing and mixing music in his free time while Spot, his puppy never leaves his lap.

A so-cal native, Shilpa has always been drawn to the city of San Francisco. She discovered YouNoodle while working on her college entrepreneurship program and was excited to join the team after graduating. She’s passionate about gender equality and social innovation, and believes that entrepreneurs can be a force of good in the world. Shilpa loves getting lost in bookstores, writing short stories, and finding a good cup of chai.

Law school, rugby, social innovation and lots of traveling has formed this Chilean with a particular mindset. After founding his own startup and doing some business development for tech companies, Iñaki joined our Latam Team looking to leverage startups as agents for change. Passionate about multicultural societies, at this moment he is probably thinking about what spot in our world he can explore and learn about.

Mario was raised and trained as an engineer with a background in high-tech companies. He joins the YouNoodle team from his beloved Chile. He loves getting his hands on multiple projects to learn new things and to figure out how all the pieces fit together in the best way possible. During his free time, you can find him doing every sort of outdoor sport, from biking or skiing in the Chilean mountains to waterskiing wherever he gets the chance.
