Marketing Manager - Mexico City

We are looking for a driven, creative and organized Marketing Manager to join our team in Mexico City. YouNoodle is the global leader in startup engagement for corporations, foundations, governments and universities worldwide. Through our seamless startup evaluation platform and our growing network of more than 200,000+ startups, we are many organizations’ trusted partner to run large-scale startup and innovation programs. The Marketing Manager will oversee YouNoodle’s end-to-end marketing delivery for our clients, as well as the overall digital marketing strategy for the company.

You will serve as the custodian of YouNoodle’s digital media presence, developing the content strategy and managing the execution of our brand presence on social networks, newsletters, and online. You’ll need to be well-versed in SEO and data-driven decision-making to review analytics and improve the outcomes of campaigns, but also have a knack for content creation and generating new ideas to make our company stand-out. You’ll work with our Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute strategies for lead-generation, including email and drip marketing campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for developing content and marketing collateral to help tell the YouNoodle story, including blogs, case-studies, and decks.

For our client projects, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of our marketing services. This includes overseeing the content and production of YouNoodle’s newsletters, paid advertising campaigns, and efforts to leverage channel partnerships and networks to cross-promote programs. You’ll be working with Program Managers to ensure deliveries are met, and translate results into detailed reports for clients. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing and reviewing data to improve and grow our marketing service offerings.

Software Engineering Intern - Mexico City

For this role, we’re looking for someone who will help support the core engineering team deliver its objectives. You will be involved in software testing and developing of various pieces of software in our main stack and work on a variety of technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with our Product Manager to track and analyze user data to drive product decisions. As a fast learner, you should thrive on learning new technologies and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and business environment. We have offices in San Francisco, Denmark, Mexico and Chile, so a lot of your collaboration with team members (both engineering as well as cross-functional) will be over Skype and other forms of virtual communication.

Program Associate - Mexico City

We are looking for a passionate, organized and dedicated Program Associate to join our expanding team in Mexico City. Our vision is to build and strengthen entrepreneurship ecosystems everywhere, powered by thousands of amazing startup founders.

Client Experience Intern - San Francisco

YouNoodle is looking for a dynamic, resourceful, driven intern to join our Client Experience team. At YouNoodle we are powering the Global Startup Revolution by supporting entrepreneurship and innovation programs around the world. We have built a platform that now nurtures a community of over 100,000 startups and that has supported more than 600 innovation programs worldwide. We also help governments, corporations, accelerators and other organizations identify and invest in top startups and we connect talented entrepreneurs with global opportunities.

Your primary role as an intern would be to support our team in building our client portfolio in North America as well as assisting our current clients. Your contribution will be very important to our office and efforts in the North America region. You’ll be working on the inbound marketing side of the business to help reach new markets around the world through content creation and tracking of compelling marketing content across digital and social. Front-End Software Engineer - Mexico City

We are building a remote team of developers and designers and you will be a part of the YouNoodle team in Mexico City.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who will work alongside top-notch engineers to design, implement and deliver high-quality features and products. You will work very closely with the Product Manager in an Agile environment to develop prototypes quickly, iterate on designs based on data analysis and A/B testing and build scalable, user-facing applications. You will be writing maintainable front end code and will facilitate good technical designs and solutions based on engineering best practices. We have offices in San Francisco, France and Chile, so a lot of your collaboration with team members (both engineering as well as cross-functional) will be over Skype and other forms of virtual communication, while you grow an engineering team locally.
